For first-time PayPal redemptions, please follow these exact steps.
1) Visit the PayPal reward prize you wish to claim.
2) Click the Claim This Item button
3) Enter your PayPal email address and click the "Confirm PayPal Email" button
4) Do not refresh or change the page. Click on "Claim This Item" again
5) A pop appears with the following message, please click OK.
6) The page will now automatically refresh and redirect you to the claims page.
