If you entered a wallet address with a typo and your reward has NOT yet been processed, you can update it by visiting your BitPay profile settings at bitpay.com/id/settings/profile.
If your reward has already been processed and sent:
Unfortunately, cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. Once funds are sent to an address — even an incorrect one — they cannot be recalled or redirected. PrizeRebel is unable to issue a refund in this case.
We strongly recommend:
• Copying and pasting your wallet address rather than typing it manually
• Double-checking the address in your BitPay settings before submitting any reward claim
