Processing of all reward claims will be completed around 24 hrs from the time of your reward redemption. If you are gold level or higher, it will be processed within 10 minutes unless the reward is out of stock.

- If you cancel and reclaim a reward, the processing time will reset.
- All timestamps are in Pacific Standard Time.
- Due to the volume of rewards we process every day, there may be a slight delay for rewards processing to be completed.
All electronically delivered items (i.e.: game codes, Amazon gift codes) are delivered digitally to your rewards history page immediately once processed unless otherwise noted in the description.
If your reward is an eGift Card or other rewards labeled "Emailed" - you will receive an email within 24-48 hours directly from the brand name merchant containing your gift card or instructions to retrieve your gift card. Don't forget to check your spam folder in case the email ends up there!
For all shipped items - this includes gift cards labeled "Shipped" and items from the rewards catalog - please note that delivery will take anywhere from 7-10 days depending on the merchant's chosen shipping method and location.
