There are a few instances when you may not receive instant reward processing even if your account level is gold.
A) The reward is simply out of stock. We generally restock within 2-4 days.
B) The reward is a shipped item or is another reward and requires manual processing.
C) Your account may be undergoing an account security verification by an administrator. This will be completed within 24 hours. This could be due to an email change, proxy or vpn login or other country login on your account. We may delay reward processing to protect the security of your account as we manually review the claim.
D) If this is your first prize claim, your account must go through a manual security verification.
If your reward is pending, please do not cancel your reward, otherwise, the processing time will reset when you reclaim an item. Please note that our system runs on Pacific Standard Time only
