• Crediting is delayed — It can take up to 24 hours for points to appear. Check back later.
• You've completed this offer before — Offer wall credits are typically one-time only. If you've done the offer previously (even on another rewards site), you may not be credited again.
• The offer wasn't fully completed — Make sure you followed all the steps in the offer description to completion.
• You exited early — Leaving the offer page before finishing disqualifies your completion.
• Ad blocker is active — Disable any ad blocking extensions before completing offers.
• Cookies are blocked — Your browser needs to accept cookies for offer tracking to work. Disable private/incognito mode.
What to do if you believe you should be credited:
1. Check your Earnings History page to see if the offer is showing as pending
