Referral earnings are only earned by specific activity.
You earn a percentage of points when your referral:
• Completes a survey
• Completes an offer wall activity
You do NOT earn points when your referral:
• Redeems a promo code
• Wins a contest or raffle
• Earns from their own referrals
If your referral completed one of the qualifying activities but you still didn't receive points, check your Referral Stats page to confirm. If there's still a discrepancy, contact our support team.
