For any issues regarding your reward, please contact us using the get help form. Once received, we will continue to research and work on resolving your issue. Resolution typically takes 3-5 business days. In some cases, we will have to contact the outside merchant responsible for the reward item, which can take a little longer. 

Please note that in that case of physically shipped rewards this will involve contacting the merchant your reward was ordered from and can take longer; please allow 10-15 business days. Note that we are NOT the merchant and the merchant has final say on the solution.
