For any issues regarding your reward, please contact us as soon as possible using the get help form. Once received, we will continue to research and work on resolving your issue. Resolution typically takes 3-5 business days. In some cases, we will have to contact the outside merchant responsible for the reward item, which can take a little longer.
Please note that in that case of physically shipped rewards this will involve contacting the merchant your reward was ordered from and can take longer; please allow 10-15 business days. Note that we are NOT the merchant and the merchant has final say on the solution.
