Refunds and exchanges depend on the status of your reward claim.
If your claim is still Pending:
You can cancel it yourself from your Reward History page and your points will be returned to your account automatically.
If your claim has been Processed or Approved:
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel, refund, or exchange the reward at that stage. Please make sure to double-check your selection before confirming a claim.
No exchanges: We do not accept exchanges for any processed rewards, regardless of the reason.
If you believe there was an error with your reward (e.g., wrong item, code not working), please contact our support team with your claim details.
