Processing times depend on your account level and the type of reward:
Gold level and above:
Digital rewards (gift card codes, game codes) are typically processed within 10 minutes, as long as the item is in stock.
Below Gold level:
All reward claims are processed within approximately 24 hours.
Note: If you cancel and re-submit a claim, the processing time resets.
Once your reward is processed, delivery time depends on the reward type:
• Digital codes — Available immediately in your Reward History
• eGift Cards — Emailed within 24–48 hours from the merchant
• Physical/shipped items — 7–10 business days
• Venmo — Up to 24 hours after processing
• Bank Transfer — 2–4 business days after processing
