Surveys generally credit within 24 hours after you reach the thank you page. Since answers are manually reviewed after the survey is completed, you may not be credited if your answers are determined to be invalid or untrue. Common reasons for why you may not have been credited include:
-Survey answers are currently being reviewed by the survey researcher.
-Speeding through a survey and randomly picking answers.
-Answering with bad information or gibberish on open-ended questions.
-Failing an attention check question as you were not paying attention to the questions asked.
-Using a proxy or VPN.
-You were not actually qualified to complete the survey.
Unfortunately, we are unable to credit you the points for the survey until we have received confirmation from our survey partner.
