In rare cases, you may have issues with completing a survey or reaching the final page that informs you that the survey was completed. This may happen when there is an internal error that occurs on the survey provider's end. If you are not credited for the survey, this means that the survey provider was unable to credit us for the completion of the survey. We are unable to manually credit for the survey if there are technical issues.
If you see that the issue is continuously occurring with a survey provider or overall, please let us know the survey provider, the survey that was completed, the day it was completed, and a screenshot of the actual error. Our team will investigate and try to resolve the issue as soon as possible with the survey provider.
