In rare cases, you may encounter issues when completing a survey and will encounter a web page error. This may happen when there is an internal error that occurs on the survey or on the website. Unfortunately, in those cases, that is not counted as a survey complete and you will not be credited. While we try to ensure a smooth survey experience, this may occur from time to time and you will need to try another survey.
If you see that the issue is continuously occurring with a survey provider, please let us know the survey provider, the survey that was completed, the day it was completed, and a screenshot of the actual error. Our team will investigate and try to resolve the issue as soon as possible with the survey provider.
